Emergency Care
We offer trauma care to patients in Vail, Colorado at Vail Health and in Frisco, Colorado at St. Anthony Summit Medical Center. We treat sports and orthopedic injuries related to primarily fractures involving the foot, ankle, knee and upper extremity.
First Visit Checklist
We look forward to meeting with new patients and discussing their injuries and conditions so that a treatment plan can be established and a suitable outcome achieved. Our specialists treats patients from around the world and we strive to make each patient experience as efficient as possible.
It is recommended that first-time patients download the appropriate forms from this website, complete them, and bring them with you for your first appointment. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present your driver’s license or identification, as well as your insurance card or other health coverage information.
During the first appointment, our team will assess the injury or condition and complete a full patient evaluation. Depending on the injury, a new set of images either through an X-ray, CT scan or MRI may be requested. If you have visited a physician prior to our appointment with our team and have access to images previously taken, please bring those with you during this appointment.
