C. Thomas Haytmanek Jr., MD, orthopaedic foot and ankle specialist at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado, has been selected to serve as faculty for the upcoming E.L.I.T.E. Skills Training Course. Dr. Haytmanek will lead sessions focused specifically on comprehensive arthroscopy refinement and arthroplasty basics for the foot and ankle, sharing advanced techniques and insights with orthopaedic surgeons and allied healthcare professionals.
Dr. Haytmanek’s expertise in ankle arthroscopy, total ankle arthroplasty, cartilage restoration, and complex foot and ankle reconstruction makes him uniquely qualified to guide participants through hands-on training and evidence-based discussion. His portion of the course will emphasize:
- Advanced arthroscopic techniques for the foot and ankle, including minimally invasive approaches and instrumentation optimization
- Foundational principles and evolving methods in foot and ankle arthroplasty
